2. Ownership and Rights:
You retain ownership and all other rights in the Content you submit. However, by submitting Content to Lacely, you represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights to grant the license described in Section 1.
3. Use of Content:
Lacely reserves the right to use the submitted Content for promotional and marketing purposes, including but not limited to advertising, social media, website content, and other marketing materials. This may include featuring your username or other identifying information along with the Content.
4. Compensation:
While Lacely values your contributions, you understand and agree that no compensation will be provided for the use of your submitted Content. Lacely may, at its sole discretion, offer recognition, promotions, or other non-monetary incentives for selected submissions.
5. Content Guidelines:
Submitted Content must adhere to Lacely's brand guidelines and should not violate any third-party rights, including copyrights, trademarks, or privacy rights. Lacely reserves the right to reject or remove any Content that does not comply with these guidelines.
6. Modification and Removal:
Lacely reserves the right to modify, adapt, or remove any submitted Content at its discretion. If Lacely chooses to modify or adapt your Content, it will make reasonable efforts to maintain the integrity of the original submission.
7. Confidential Information:
Do not submit any confidential or proprietary information to Lacely through the Content submission process. Lacely is not responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any information submitted.
8. Termination:
Lacely may terminate this license at any time for any reason. Upon termination, Lacely will make reasonable efforts to cease the use of your submitted Content, but certain uses may persist as allowed by applicable law.
